The concept was born out of valuable insights gained after a nasty tryst with adrenal fatigue, from which, it took me the best part of two years to recover fully.
The experience highlighted the importance of intentional self-care and a level of self-awareness that allows us to tailor-make the best strategies for ourselves, rather than following the latest popular opinion.
My professional experiences over a decade in the mental health sector, and the vulnerability and honesty of all those whom I have had the honour of working with, sharing with, loving and walking along side have greatly enriched and informed this journey.
I believe that when you are relaxed and happy then you can be the very best you, for yourself and for everybody else in your life too.
